What Diamondhead does to a window
Diamondhead sits on the east side of Hancock County between Interstate 10 and the Jourdan River, far enough from the open Sound that the salt drops off, and what takes its place is the trees. The whole community was cut out of pine woods, and the streets that wind off Diamondhead Drive and through the two golf courses are shaded by pines and live oaks that drop pollen from late February into April. It coats the screens, settles into the window tracks, and gets washed down the glass with every spring rain until someone cleans it out.
The water side has its own problem. Can you get the green film off the shaded windows and screens?
Yes. Mildew on north-facing glass and porch screens comes off with the regular clean, and it stays off longer on a plan because we get to it before it builds up. Screens are included in the Platinum package.
